For some time now, the leadership of Elevation has been talking about the concept of "membership." It's been our desire to find an expression that could be life-giving for us, and not just more of the rigid formality that membership often tends towards.

And so, on Sunday, September 26, we have planned an event that will be our springboard into a new season of discovering what it means for an individual to be part of the Elevation community; to be more than an attender, an observer, or a consumer, but instead, an active participant in the life of our church as we strive to become the kind of people God has created us to be.

After our Sunday morning service, we will gather from 1:00 - 4:30pm (lunch included!), and we would encourage everyone who is interested to attend. The day will be low on information-downloading and heavy on interaction. We'll share our stories, pray for our future, and take the next step of our journey together!
